Since joining the Buckeyes in 2012, Pantoni has played a major role in building Ohio State into a recruiting powerhouse. He oversees player personnel and recruiting operations, including NIL negotiations, high school and transfer portal evaluations, visits, and roster construction. Under his guidance, just two Ohio State recruiting classes have finished outside the national Top 5 according to 24/7 Sports.
We’re also honored to announce that Dom Tiberi will be joining Mark on stage to facilitate a special Q&A, giving attendees a unique behind-the-scenes look at Ohio State football, recruiting, NIL, roster management, and more.
For those who don’t know Dom, he is one of the most recognizable voices in Central Ohio sports. Over the course of his career, he has covered three Ohio State football national championships, countless major moments in Columbus sports history, and the arrival of both the Columbus Crew and Columbus Blue Jackets.
